Blesswebsolution grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Pathologic software (the "Software") in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
The Software is protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and treaties. You acknowledge that the ownership and intellectual property rights in the Software remain with Blesswebsolution.
You are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or transfer the Software, or to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software except to the extent that such restriction is prohibited by law.
This license is effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate the license by discontinuing use of the Software and destroying all copies of the Software in your possession. Blesswebsolution may terminate this license at any time for any reason.
By using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may not use the Software.
Payment for the use of the pathologic software shall be made in accordance with the terms specified in the pricing plan or the separate agreement between Blesswebsolution and the User.
Unless otherwise specified, payment for the use of the pathologic software is due upon receipt of an invoice. Failure to make payment in a timely manner may result in the suspension or termination of the User's access to the software.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes and duties, which shall be the responsibility of the User. The User shall reimburse Blesswebsolution for any such taxes or duties imposed upon Blesswebsolution as a result of the User's use of the software.
Blesswebsolution reserves the right to change the pricing plan or payment terms at any time upon notice to the User. Any such changes will apply to the User's use of the software following the effective date of the change.

We may also offer additional support and maintenance services for an additional fee, as specified in the service agreement.
Our support and maintenance services are subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable service agreement and are provided on an "as-is" basis, without any warranty of any kind.
