My Pathologic is a subscription-based cloud pathology management software. Access is provided as per the active plan purchased.
All payments are non-refundable once the invoice is generated and service is activated.
Timely renewal is the customer’s responsibility. Non-payment may result in suspension of services.
Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. My Pathologic ensures data security but is not liable for incorrect data entered by users.
Initial training and setup support is provided at the time of onboarding. All tutorial videos and training materials are available within the software for future reference. Customers are requested to refer to these resources before contacting support. Repeated queries on topics already covered in training/tutorials may not be entertained on calls.
Limited free support calls are included with the subscription. Extra training sessions or repeated support requests beyond the standard scope may be chargeable.
Any request for customization outside the standard package will be treated as a paid service and is not included in the regular license fee.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that their usage complies with applicable medical/legal regulations.
My Pathologic is not liable for any indirect loss, damages, or downtime caused due to misuse or external factors (server issues, internet failure, etc.).
Terms & Conditions are subject to change without prior notice. The latest terms will always be applicable.
The software includes 300+ pre-added tests. Adding new tests or modifying existing ones is the sole responsibility of the customer.
Before purchase, a live demo is provided to explain all key features and functions of the software. After purchase, no refund or feature modification requests will be entertained.
